At this point, the site is intended to open the doors of student-parent-teacher consensus about "what's going on?"

• I hope that students will be able to use this site to print out important class handouts that they need to replace, review study tips for exams and projects and also get a "heads-up" with regards to upcoming labs or science opportunities in the Bay Area.
  
  
• I hope that parents will be able to use this site to feel more connected to what their students are working on in class and the kind of material that they are being challenged by. Also, I would like to provide information as to how parents can help our science students whether it be by assisting with a local field trip, collecting household materials for an upcoming lab, or possibly by donating plants and particular supplies to the science classroom environment.
  
  
• And for everyone, I hope to build a small treasure chest of valuable science links, photographs of students learning about science in class and out as well as showcasing creative examples of how 7th and 8th grade minds manifest real learning, real thinking, and real experiencing of the world that they live in.
